epicure is looking for like-minded foodies to share photos of their favourite restaurant dishes in Singapore or any part of the world. Tell us why you like the dish that you have selected and we will post your entry and photo(s) online.
Three of the best looking photos will be selected each month. The closing date for entries is on 12 September. This month’s winners will each win Capella Singapore's chef Lee's signature set menu at Cassia for two worth $258.

Curated by award-wining interior designer André Fu, the interiors are elegant and tasteful with lush chairs and chic tables - touches of bronze. Here, you should indulge in executive Chinese chef Lee Hiu Ngai's six-course Signature Set. Highlights include the Trilogy Platter of Crispy Suckling Pig Stuffed with Minced Fish, Deep-fried Eel Roll with Seaweed, Wok-fried Broccoli Stuffed with Minced Shrimp; and Baked Young Lobster with Superior Stock.
