Decked in pastel pink and adorned with iridescent pearls, the Mikimoto box was birthed from a collaboration with the luxury pearl company.Fill the ribbon-enclosed drawer with equally feminine flavours: the Rose Lychee macaron in pearly white, and the Cherry Blossom, which comes piped with a sweet yet subtle creamy ganache. The box is only available from 1 May, making its debut just in time for Mother’s Day. $45 per box of eight.

The Pucci box unleashes Emilio Pucci's trademark sunny vibrance across two colour variations – coral pink and turquoise blue – that summons the summer ease of the Mediterranean. The Pucchi macaron channels the dolce vita of the Italian Riviera, with delicately flavoured shells of lemon and rose. $45 per box of eight.

 

 

In Japan and Korea, Valentine’s Day is turned on its head and usually sees women presenting chocolates to men. The men return the favour a month later, when they present cookies and confectionery to the ladies on an occasion known as White Day. The White Day box was launched as a commemoration to this festival, and comes aptly marked with feminine floral motifs. $42 per box of eight.
