Chef Jareuk Sriaroon is set to charm palates at AquaMarine with his tantalising brand of Thai cuisine.

, Go Thai at aquamarineAdding to AquaMarine’s halal-certified international buffet lineup this March is chef Jareuk Sriaroon’s tantalising Thai cuisine. The month-long guest stint will hardly be the first for the Suan Dusit Rajabhat University Culinary School lecturer. Also one of the board of directors of the Thailand Culinary Academy, Sriaroon has participated in international culinary events for over 13 years.

He is set to charm palates again, this time with a mix of fiery Thai salads and soups, velvety curries and desserts that hit the spot. Yam Pla Grapong Sa Mun Pri, a spicy herb salad with sea bass, Po Pia Goong (prawn spring rolls), and Crispy Rice Crackers with Chicken Dip, feature as appetisers while mains include tamarind-tinged Pad Thai noodles and Poo Phad Pong Kari, a yellow curry crab. Desserts consist of Sticky Rice with Mango, Thai kuehs and Steamed Pumpkin Custard.
