Decadent Foie Gras Dumpling, Chicken and Lobster Siew Mai, and Steam Barbecued Pork Bun are also available in the Dim Sum selection. Seafood lovers will be delighted to feast on the freshly shucked oysters, tiger prawns, and golden clams on offer. Diners will be entertained by a lion dance and music performance during dinner, which is served from 6pm to 10 pm.
