Where to find gluten-free and vegan dim sum brunch in Bali
Bai Yun at The Apurva Kempinski Bali creates a dedicated gluten-free and vegan menu for your next Saturday or Sunday Brunch
The Apurva Kempinski Bali’s Chinese restaurant, Bai Yun, has launched its Dim Sum Brunch. Located next to the lobby, Bai Yun offers a refined dining experience. Furnished with big round tables and rattan-backed dining chairs that invites you to sit back and take your time, it is a far cry from the typical bustling Chinese restaurant.
Starting at 12pm until 3.30pm, savour more than 30 handmade classic dim sum and Chinese dishes selection. From Prawn Har Gow to Garoupa Spring Roll, expect impeccably-handcrafted dumplings and premium quality. The same attention to details is given to the dedicated vegan and gluten-free menu. Start with Tofu Seaweed Congee and order the chef’s dim sum signatures such as Szechuan Fried Tofu, Shiitake Shumai, Cabbage Roll with Oyster Sauce, Beetroot Gao, Sweet Potato Ball, and more. Leave room for desserts like Peanut Cintoi and Lotus Paste Toast.
Available every Saturday and Sunday, the restaurant allows outside guests to use the resort’s facilities after the meal. Burn the calories by doing laps at the resort’s 60-metre swimming pool with the family. Or, make the most of your leisurely weekend by the beach.
