Nestled high above the city is Nest, a fine-dining restaurant located on level 20 of One Farrer Hotel, a five-star urban resort in Singapore. Adorned in floral decor, there are 13 exclusive dining studios and villas which feature outdoor patios and living areas. Together, they create the perfect atmosphere for wining and dining. 

At the forefront of Nest’s repertoire of cuisines is resident chef Marcus and his team who innovatively curate cuisines that are exacting in preference and varied in choice.   

Guests can choose a variety of prix fixe menus for lunch and dinner. They offer exceptional value, with each being artfully conceptualised from the freshest local and seasonal ingredients to give diners a gastronomic experience that teases and pleasures the senses. 

Nest at One Farrer also prides itself on intuitive service. Each wait staff knowledgeably explains every item on the menu when needed, and serves without being intrusive. And when the meal comes to an end, guests have the option of retreating to adjourning bedrooms that offer serene respite from the world. 

For the Executive Set Menu, choose from a three-course lunch (from $58++) or four-course lunch/dinner (from $68++). Four-course menus are inclusive of soup and choice of appetisers. For the Bespoke – Fusion Set Menu, choose from a four-course lunch (from $138++) or five-course dinner (from $168++).
