The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali’s very own chef Matthias Mittnacht, executive chef Ferdian Tobing of The Hermitage, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Jakarta; and their talented team proudly present a contemporary take on Indonesia’s regional cuisine.
Savour dishes such as Mie Ayam Jamur, Udang Bumbu Bali, a seafood risotto made of Hokkaido scallop and locally-grown Bedugul’s basil as well as a delectable Wagyu Short Rib as the main course. Leave some room for Bali Coffee, an elegant treat made of coffee mousse, passionfruit, chocolate, and coconut.
