Get your Barossa and Mclaren Vale wines from these three merchants
Little Farms, Hai Choo Wines, and Ang Leong Huat join the new invite-only South Australian Wine Ambassadors club, giving them exclusive access to new South Australian wineries
Fans of South Australian wines, rejoice! We found three outlets primed to offer you expert advice on the celebrated region like no other.
Little Farms, Hai Choo Wines, and Ang Leong Huat recently joined an invite-only club of South Australian wines, an initiative of the South Australian government. The idea is to develop key Asian markets like Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, and Singapore and support the purveyors of South Australian wines like the powerful shiraz expressions from Barossa; smooth GSM’s (grenache-syrah-mourvedre) from Mclaren Vale and racy rieslings from Eden and Clare valley.
The 45 members will receive exceptional experiences from SAWAC, including educational masterclasses with James Halliday AM and Tony Love, the two renowned patrons of the program; educational and marketing material; and access to new wineries which are not yet available in Singapore. They will also get a swanky official government certification of their partnership.
For consumers, this means well-informed staff, a more comprehensive selection of wines and exclusive and early access to wineries new to the Singapore market.
