Savour fine Italian cuisine and Chilean wines at Rosso restaurant in Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta.
When it comes to New World wines, Chile is the country to watch. Thanks to a temperate Mediterranean climate and unique geography, the wines produced from Chile have become increasingly popular among many overseas markets. For a taste of the vino, Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta is presenting a unique food and wine pairing on 14 July. Chef Gianfranco Pirrone from Rosso, one of the most popular Italian restaurants in town, will put together a delectable six-course Italian dinner to be matched with five fine wines from Concha Y Toro.
Pirrone, will sprinkle his culinary magic on six scrumptious Italian dishes which will be paired with the prestigious portfolio of wines to be introduced personally by Concha Y Toro’s wine ambassador Pablo Pressac.
