Inspired by his memories of seafood markets, rice fields as well as his wife's hometown in Java, chef de cuisine Ash Garvey of W Bali – Seminyak's pan-Asian restaurant, Starfish Bloo, has introduced a nine-course menu (Rp850,000/person). Indulge in Tuna served with spicy sambal paste and ginger flower; the delectable Rawan Tea of glass noodles paired with lobster and herbs; Crispy Prawn drizzled with tangy yuzu and sriracha sauce; and Duck Breast in fiery red curry.
