The newly refurbished restaurant is all about rounded edges and soft lighting. Upholstered in green velvet, the booth sitting offers an intimate space to share a feast with your loved ones. Bathed in soft blue light, the bar is set to be a sultry spot to have pre-dinner cocktails.
The restaurant’s authentic culinary offerings are inspired by the legacy of Balinese and Indian Friendship Association founder and president Neeta Ramchand Dulara Malhotra. The team has come up with Indian food which pays homage to traditional Indian flavours cooked using innovative techniques.
As the best Indian restaurant in Bali, Queen’s Tandoor Bali’s highlight is the timeless comfort of their traditional butter chicken, known as Murgh Makhani. This tender and marinated chicken tikka simmers in a luxuriously rich tomato butter gravy, giving you a symphony of warm spices and creamy goodness.
Another highlight is the restaurant’s Rogan Josh, the classic Kashmiri lamb stew. The restaurant also offers a number of South Indian specialties. One of them, called Appe, which is chicken stuffed in rice-lentil dumplings, is available only in the Seminyak outlet.
Queen’s Tandoor Bali is also the only Indian restaurant in Bali that offers cocktails on tap. Its exclusive beverages include Mayarani, made with rum, apple, ginger and cinnamon for a delightful blend of spicy warmth.
