The 12 days are a bustling celebration, alive with energy and offerings throughout the property.
Whether dancing to DJ beats, rejuvenating with yoga and spa sessions, or indulging in exclusive menus paired with daily signature drinks, the choices are endless. However, New Year sees the resort’s beach area transform into Roman-inspired and Mexican-inspired celebrations, welcoming the new year with a grand feast and festivities befitting the legendary revelry of ancient Rome and vibrant Mexican culture.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with “All Parties Lead to Rome” at Karma Kandara
For day nine, which falls on 31 December, the resort ushers in a throng of merrymakers to Temple Lounge, di Mare, and Karma Beach for Roman-styled celebrations.
Kick off the festivities at Karma Beach for a pre-party from noon to 6pm, featuring five international guest DJs that will ratchet up the atmosphere. At 6pm, head to Temple Lounge for apéritifs and canapés to whet the palate, accompanied by pulse-pounding tracks by the DJs.
As the evening unfolds, head down to di Mare at 7pm for a sumptuous six-course dinner, drawing inspiration from the Roman feast. Begin the evening with savoury canapés, from Bacalao Tortellini with osetra caviar to Foie Gras Torchon with fig jam, pickled grapes, and thyme focaccia. Indulge in creative bites like Crispy Risotto with poached prawn, Wild Mushroom Tart, and Not so ‘lil Caesars luxury pass-around pizzas.
The feast continues with a refreshing first course of Burrata, complemented by prosciutto, grilled peaches, and almond mint pesto. A Tuscan Salad of roasted fennel, capsicum, ricotta, and pine nut vinaigrette makes for a pleasant second course. Savour the decadence of Lobster Ravioli in bottarga butter as the pasta course, followed by Pan-Seared Pomfret as the fish course and the show-stopping Wagyu Beef Filet Mignon as main course.
For a sweet finale, the dessert course enchants with Dark Chocolate Semifreddo, biscotti crumble, and mini bomboloni— a fitting end to a night of culinary splendour.
At midnight, return to Karma Beach with a full belly and dance the night away to electrifying DJ beats elevated by signature libations crafted by expert mixologists. Guests dining at di Mare can enjoy an exclusive hour of free-flow cocktails during the party, from 12.30am to 1.30am.
On New Year’s Day, day ten of the 12 Days of Karma infuses Karma Beach at Karma Kandara with the unique spirit of Mexico’s Día de Los Muertos. Usher in 2025 with Mexican street food and craft cocktails at the beachfront Phoenix Bar from 12pm. Dance to DJ sets and live bands against colourful themed décor and traditional Day of the Dead face painting.
