Wolfgang’s Steakhouse
Celebrations are always extra special at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore, and Mother’s Day is no exception. From 7 to 14 May 2025, the steakhouse will be offering a luxurious four-course set menu at $158++ per person – the perfect way to celebrate the love and strength of every mum. Start with a refreshing Skull Island Tiger Prawn Cocktail with flavourful Marie Rose sauce, followed by the Chef’s Special featuring a comforting bowl of 12-hours slow-cooked chicken broth with pulled chicken leg and maitake mushrooms.
For mains, choose between the melt-in-your-mouth USDA Prime Black Angus Filet Mignon or the buttery Chilean sea bass, both served with delicious sides. End the experience on a sweet high with Wolfgang’s signature tiramisu. The first 50 mums who dine on the Mother’s Day menu will also receive a complimentary L’Occitane En Provence gift set. For reservations, call +65 6887 5885.
Osteria Mozza
Osteria Mozza at Hilton Singapore Orchard welcomes all mothers (and their families) for a big feast. Thoughtfully curated by Chef Nancy Silverton and Executive Chef Peter Birks, the restaurant’s new and exclusive à la carte specials (served throughout the month of May) celebrate love, tradition, and refined flavours. Among the highlights are the spaghetti with pistachio pesto and smoked burrata, a comforting dish that brings together earthy pistachio and savoury mortadella; as well as the creamy and smoky burrata with garlic, Chilli crunch and cruschi peppers. The pane e pomodoro is a rustic dream, pairing buffalo mozzarella with the boldness of Cantabrian anchovies. Also don’t miss Australian lamb rump with insalata di fregola sarda, mint, and yoghurt, which is available for dinner only. Adding a sweet touch, mums dining in on 11 May will receive a complimentary box of house-made cookies, baked using recipes from Chef Nancy’s latest cookbook The Cookie That Changed My Life.
Casa Vostra
Step into Casa Vostra for a homely celebration that feels as comforting as mum’s embrace. From 9 to 11 May 2025, all mums dining at this buzzy Raffles City favourite will be treated to Chef Antonio’s Mamma’s Aglio e Olio on the house (one redemption per table), a simple, soul-stirring dish made with garlic, red chilli, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, and sun-dried tomatoes. The dish holds dear memories for Chef Antonio Miscellaneo, who draws inspiration from the way his own mother prepares it–making it a perfect dish for Mother’s Day. There are many new items on the menu that diners can try as well, ranging from antipasti to pizza, pasta, and desserts from various regions across Italy. Snack on small plates of baked scamorza drizzled with honey, pumpkin flan, and arancini alla bolognese; dive into a meaty gricia, spaghetti brimming with the rich umami of cured pork jowl and cheese; then wrap up with a luscious coppa al cioccolato ‘chocolate cup’ made with 72% dark chocolate gelato, cream, and a splash of rum.
Mansion 7
For mums that enjoy Cantonese cuisine, Mansion 7 offers a beautifully crafted Cantonese feast – both traditional dishes as well as contemporary ones with a twist. From 1 to 15 May, the kitchen is serving up a special Mother’s Day Set Menu, priced at $388++ for up to five diners and $688++ for groups of six to 10. Highlights include the Peking Duck, a timeless favourite expertly roasted to a golden crisp for that perfect balance of crackling skin and juicy meat, and the nourishing clear chicken soup with abalone and sea cucumber. Seafood lovers will appreciate the deep-fried soon hock (marble goby), masterfully cooked to achieve a crisp skin while retaining its sweet, flaky interior. A house-blend premium soy sauce brings a fragrant depth to every bite. For a playful fusion twist, the pork spare ribs dish arrives dressed in a tangy pesto salsa, a bold East-meets-West creation that somehow just works. Of course, no Cantonese feast would be complete without Longevity Noodles, a beloved symbol of long life and blessing for mum, and Mother’s Day Celebratory Steamed Buns, soft and pillowy treats stuffed with sweet fillings.
