Argentinian restaurant BoCHINche is settled in its new digs and celebrating with a one-night only Six Hands Dinner, Our Own Journey Back Home special on 26 June. Hosted by its own chef patron Diego Jacquet, the dinner sees the coming together of three leading chefs including executive chef Daniel Chavez of OLA Cocina Del Mar and executive head chef Ivan Brehm of The Kitchen at Bacchanalia. The menu is a tribute to each chef’s Latin American heritage – Peru, Brazil and Argentina, and is made with dishes truly reflective of South American cooking. Highlights include Chavez’s Peruvian Seafood Ceviche wih Smoked Aji Amarillo and “Leche de Tigre”; Jacquet’s Sweet Potato Leaves and Ricotta Tortellini with Pea, Broad Beans and Whety Butter; along with Brehm’s Quindim – a traditional Brazilian egg custard dessert served with coconut sorbet among others. $120 per person. #01-02, 115 Amoy Street.
