Tin Hill Social’s executive chef Michael Lewis joins master forager Elijah Holland to introduce a locally sourced dinner menu for three nights only.

Tin Hill Social will play host to a Four Hands collaboration between its executive chef Michael Lewis and Australian master forager Elijah Holland. The dinner menu will feature ingredients sourced from within a 51km radius of the restaurant, gathered personally by Holland. This will include locally sourced salt hand-harvested from leaves of mangroves as well as meats and vegetables from neighbouring farms. With Lewis at the helm of the kitchen and Holland selecting the ingredients, diners can expect an exquisite five-course signature creations dinner ($100).
