Goat Cheese and Fresh Herbs Mousse from Piedmont, Grana Padano Fondant from Lombardy, Spaghetti with Creamy Pecorino Cheese from Lazio, Char-grilled Beef Striploin from Campania, and Crunchy Cannoli filled with Ricotta Cheese and Pistachio Ice Cream and Oragne Crème Anglaise from Sicily are the dishes that have been created by executive sous chef, Fabio Granata. $88 per person, $148 with wine pairing.
