Westin Singapore’s Seasonal Tastes has launched its ‘Crab-tivating Dinners’, available every night. Must-tries from the buffet include steamed crab with golden garlic, deep-fried crab with salted egg yolk, yellow curry crab, crab with spicy sour plum sauce, and the quintessential Singapore chilli crab with mantous. Enjoy other fresh seafood such as half-shell scallops, prawns, freshly-shucked oysters and sashimi or go for barbequed delights like lobsters, salmon teriyaki, tiger prawns, calamari and scallops. Fish lovers can look forward to the catch of the day, which is either whole baked salmon or snapper; the latter paired with squid and clams in chilli paste or with ginger, salted beans and clams. For those who like surf ‘n turf, a live carving station also serves meats such as roasted crispy pork belly, Turkish lamb kebabs, rosemary beef, bone-in pork loin, roasted striploin and slow-roasted rib-eye with lobster stuffing to complement the seafood. $68 (Sunday to Thursday) and $82 (Friday and Saturday). 12 Marina View, Asia Square Tower 2, Level 32.
