Three Michelin-starred chef Esben Holmbe Bang hits town
Art at Curate is back for a third run at Resort World Sentosa, this time featuring Scandinavian chef Esben Holmboe Bang from Maaemo.

Scandinavian chef Esben Holmbe Bang from Maaemo, the first three Michelin-starred restaurant in Norway, will helm CURATE’s kitchen till 25 September. You can choose between a four-course lunch ($280 per person with wine pairing) and an eight-course dinner ($480 per person with wine and champagne pairing). Bang showcases creations that employ only organic, biodynamic or wild produce; some of his signatures you can expect include the Emulsion of Raw Norwegian Oysters from Bømlo, Scallop from the coast of Trondheim, Skate with fermented white asparagus and caviar or Grilled duck with Jerusalem artichoke, and Brown butter ice cream molasses and roasted hazelnuts.
