On 24 to 26 December, head down to Xperience Restaurant to enjoy an intimate and cosy dinner affair with the four-course menu ($85 per person). Start the night with a refreshing Smoked Salmon Tartare, then move on to the rich, umami flavoured Roasted Pumpkin and Saffron Soup.
