Esquina’s fifth anniversary dinner with Argentinean guest chef Diego Jacquet
If you’ve yet to experience a Spanish-Argentinean gastronomic affair, head down to Esquina come 23 March and delight in the special dishes created by head chef Carlos Montobbio and guest chef, Diego Jacquet of BoCHINche and ZOILO. As part of Esquina’s series of fifth anniversary collaborations, this dinner will showcase contemporary plates such as Beef Milanesa, Fried Potato, Quail Egg (a dish jointly created by the two chefs), Argentine Flank, Oysters, Hispi Cabbage, Oxtail Jus and Horseradish (executed by Jacquet) and Spanish Octopus, Chorizo and Chimichurri, Corn Sauce, Celeriac (a Montobbio dish). $108/person (+$68 for wine pairing) for the five-course dinner with three additional snacks and three petit fours. 6pm seating only.
