Penang food lovers eagerly anticipating Copthorne King’s Hotel’s annual fair at Princess Terrace will not be disappointed. It returns this year from 4 to 14 August, and features nearly 60 authentic delights on the buffet line. Highlights include Grilled Hardtail with Sambal Chilli and Lemongrass, Black Pomfret Curry, Shark’s Fin & Seafood Omelette, Turnip with Dried Cuttlefish, and an array of mouthwatering nonya kuehs.
Arrange to savour the extensive spread in a ‘Tok Panjang’, a nostalgic Peranakan dining experience (available with a minimum booking of 20 diners), where all the dishes are laid out on a traditional long table for a sumptuous feast. What's more, diners who spend a minimum of $150 will be entitled to win lucky draw prizes including a weekend suite stay and dining vouchers.
