Make your Chinese New Year celebrations and reunion dinners even more indulgent this year with Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant’s Signature Roasted Suckling Pig. Flanking the famous traditional Spanish-Segovian style of cooking, the signature chochinillo asado at Serenity features a whole roasted suckling pig, which is beautifully complemented with other crowd pleasers such as the Seafood Paella and Crispy Pork Knuckle.

Cooked in a special oven, the suckling pig is rendered so tender that it can be cut using a plate instead of using a knife. As the plate slices through the tender meat, savour the much sought after crackling sound of the crispy skin and lay your eyes on the most succulent and juicy pork possible. The piglet is marinated in white wine, sherry, vinegar and a secret mix of herbs, before being slow-roasted for more than three hours.

While a whole roasted suckling pig is ideal for sharing between six to eight people (special promotional price of $288 instead of U.P $338), the signature dish is also perfect for small groups since it is available in half ($158) and quarter portion ($88) as well. Each size is available for all day dine in, delivery and takeaway, with the latter coming in a special gift box, making it the ultimate prosperity gift for friends, families or clients.

Order online at www.serenity.com.sg for takeaway and delivery. Available till 15 March. #01-98/99  VivoCity, No1 Harbourfront Walk. Tel: 6376 8185
