Antojitos Debuts at Padma Resort Ubud with Refined Latin-inspired Flavours at Payangan Lounge

Tucked within the lush highlands of Ubud, Padma Resort Ubud introduces a new culinary experience with the debut of Antojitos at Payangan Lounge. Available daily from 11am to 9pm, the concept brings a contemporary take on Latin-inspired comfort cuisine, pairing bold flavours with the relaxed sophistication that defines the resort’s tranquil hillside setting.

Designed as a destination for leisurely afternoons and intimate evening gatherings, Antojitos embraces the convivial spirit of Latin dining through a thoughtfully curated menu centred around small plates and sharing-style creations. Each dish balances familiarity with refinement, inviting diners to explore vibrant layers of flavour, texture, and craftsmanship.

Among the highlights, the Achiote Prawns deliver a compelling contrast of smoky depth and citrus brightness, while the Wagyu Beef Tacos showcase rich, tender beef layered with house-made accompaniments and soft tortillas. The Wood Fired Chicken Wings offer a more robust profile, elevated through an espresso BBQ glaze that introduces subtle complexity and lingering warmth.

The experience extends beyond individual plates into a menu designed for communal enjoyment. Comfort-driven favourites such as Beef Nachos sit alongside lighter seafood-forward dishes, creating a balanced selection that feels both indulgent and approachable. The menu’s versatility mirrors the atmosphere of Payangan Lounge itself – intimate, relaxed, and rooted in connection.

Complementing the culinary programme is an equally considered beverage selection. Signature cocktails including the Pandan Pomericano, Kintamani Punch, and Penglipuran Hi-ball highlight locally inspired ingredients and layered flavour profiles, while classic cocktails, house-fermented refreshments, and curated wines and spirits round out the offering. The drinks menu reflects the same philosophy behind Antojitos: playful yet polished, expressive yet restrained.

Surrounded by the quiet beauty of Payangan’s verdant landscape, Antojitos unfolds as more than simply a new dining menu. It is an invitation to slow down, savour bold flavours, and embrace moments of connection in one of Bali’s most serene destinations. Whether stopping by for a casual afternoon bite or settling into an early evening gathering, guests can expect an experience shaped by warm hospitality, refined comfort, and a contemporary Latin-inspired spirit.
