OKU, Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta’s modern Japanese restaurant will host a very special guest for three exclusive days. From 18 until 20 November, executive chef Nic Vanderbeeken of Apéritif, one of Bali’s leading fine dining institutions, presents his eclectic take on European technique, love of Indonesian spices and gastronomy experiences.
Guests are invited to experience a four-course lunch degustation menu or a six-course dinner degustation menu at OKU’s elegant dining room. For the lunch menu, highlights include Apéritif’s new and long-time favourites such as Mackerel, Heirloom Tomato, Wagyu A5, and PB & J – a cheeky dessert made of peanut, butter mousse, raspberry & blackberry, and biscuit. The experience also includes a selection of tasty canapes and petit fours at the end of the meal.
Clear your schedule for the rest of the evening, should you decide to book the dinner experience. The culinary sojourn must not be rushed for you are in for a delectable treat made of an aromatic Canadian Lobster dish, Wagyu A5 served with sweet potato and sesame, as well as two desserts including the light as a feather, White Sensation.
The four-course lunch set menu is priced at IDR 850,000++/person
The six-course dinner set menu dinner is priced at IDR 1,600,000++/person
