With the launch of ‘Ah Hood Burger Stall’, a DIY burger bar with a local twist, guests can create their own burgers using a smorgasbord of local fillings like Satay Chicken, Minced Char Siew, Chicken Floss, Hae Bee Hiam, Otah Otah and Curry Potato among others. The high tea will also offer tantalising dishes bursting with local flavours such as Pan-Fried Carrot Cake, Roti Jala with Chicken Curry, Putu Mayam, Oyster Omelette and a laksa station.
