After sundown, prolong the moment with a visit to the intimate Whiskey Lounge or Woobase, an underground dance floor with DJ performances. Developed by Damian Saint, the hotel’s music curator, guests can dance the night away to a wide array of music, from techno to disco.

Culinary director Norberto Palacios and his team have prepared a stellar menu of hearty barbecue and Asian fare as well as wood-fired pizzas. Find sharing platters such as Fromagination, La Charcuterie, and The Flexiterian, a plant-based treat made of baked pumpkin, eggplant parmigiana, house-grown lettuce, and more.

Playful libations like Kopi Markisa and zero-waste cocktails such as Banana (clarified black banana liquor and banana leaf steamed tea) will delight those who appreciate the art of mixology. The bar team is constantly working on creative ways to repurpose and upcycle ingredients for the cocktails.

Leftovers from the breakfast buffet are upcycled to dehydrated garnishes in tipples like Coconut, Rice, the aforementioned Banana, and Bamboo. Inclusivity is the heart of the new menu. Cocktails can be transformed into non-alcoholic drinks while the food is thoughtfully made to cater to vegetarian or gluten-free diets.
