Chef Sandro Medrano Brings Japanese Nikkei flavour to Padma Hotel Semarang for one night

Padma Hotel Semarang unveils a limited dining experience for the guest in search of extraordinary flavours by Chef Sandro Medrano. His tantalising Peruvian and Japanese cuisines will be presented for a night only at the resort. With his stellar culinary technique in crafting various combinations of Peruvian and Japanese delights, his creations become the crown jewel of TENKAI Japanese Restaurant at Padma Resort Legian.

Guests are invited to indulge in the exclusive ‘Padma Culinary Journey – A Taste of Japanese Nikkei in Semarang by Chef Sandro Medrano’ at the resort’s dining attraction, Semawis All-Day Dining restaurant.

As a Japanese Nikkei born and raised in Peru, Chef Sandro has always been passionate about presenting distinguished Japanese sustenance. Combining the land of the rising sun’s outstanding cuisine with a Peruvian flair, TENKAI Japanese Restaurant became one of the most sought-after dining places by diners.

A Japanese-style dish with a touch of Peruvian inspiration

The chef will serve the signature Gindara Misoyu and Robata Niku. Therefore, guests can expect an intense and unique flavour of both cultures, constructed with local produce. Being Padma Hotels’ first resort in Central Java that celebrates  multicultural heritage, Padma Hotel Semarang is the apt venue to host Chef Sandro’s mixed-culture creations.

With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, Semawis All-Day Dining’s ample space is suitable for family and business dinners. Elegance and warmth are imbued within the interior through the colour combinations. At the same time, the traditional style crafts surrounding the room showcase the quintessence of Central Java’s magnificence.

You can join this one-night-only experience to taste a four-course set menu comprising chefs d’oeuvre and Semawis’ plethora of local and traditional noshes. The restaurant only offers a limited 50 pax slot on 8 March 2023, from 7pm to 10pm, priced at Rp450,000/person. Reservation is recommended.
