COMO Metropolitan Singapore Elevates Wellness with SleepHub

COMO Metropolitan Singapore elevates its wellness-driven hospitality with the introduction of SleepHub across all 156 guest rooms and suites, making it the first and only in Asia. Marking World Sleep Day on 13 March 2026, the hotel reinforces its commitment to evidence-based wellness and restorative urban living. This time, the focus turns to one of the most essential yet often overlooked pillars of wellbeing: sleep.

The urban hotel places sleep as the key to overall wellbeing

With sleep becoming an increasing challenge for travellers and urban dwellers alike, the effects of poor rest are more evident than ever: diminished mental performance, heightened stress levels, weakened immunity, and disrupted emotional balance. Travel itself often compounds the issue, as jet lag and unfamiliar surroundings make restorative sleep harder to achieve. Addressing this growing concern, COMO Metropolitan Singapore introduces SleepHub technology to support guests in reclaiming quality rest, placing sleep at the heart of a research-led approach to wellness.

“At COMO Metropolitan Singapore, wellness begins with sleep,” said General Manager Ruby Garcia. “By integrating SleepHub® into every room, we offer guests a practical, science-backed way to recover deeply – even in the heart of the city.”

SleepHub technology is backed by years of neuroscience research to provide solution to the increasing sleep challenge

Developed from more than a decade of research by Cambridge Sleep Sciences, the technology offers a neuroscience-led approach to achieving deeper, more restorative rest. The SleepHub system works to shorten sleep onset and reduce night-time awakenings through advanced psychoacoustic sound technology that synchronises with the brain’s natural rhythms. Fully customisable and non-intrusive, the device supports uninterrupted sleep throughout the night, helping guests wake with greater clarity and improved morning alertness.

Adding further depth to its wellness ecosystem, the city hotel integrates the new technology into its reintroduced Sleep Dreams package – a sleep-focused stay designed to respond to the growing interest in sleep tourism and mindful living. The programme combines SleepHub technology with guidance from sleep specialists and restorative treatments at COMO Shambhala, creating a holistic approach to better rest.

The hotel integrates the new feature through its Sleep Dreams stay package

Guests can enjoy a two-night stay that includes a 60-minute COMO Shambhala Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session, Heat Therapy, a COMO Shambhala signature massage, as well as a sleep survey and evaluation conducted by The ENT, Voice, and Snoring Clinic. The experience is complemented by a COMO Shambhala Sleep Kit and complimentary Club21 pyjamas. The Sleep Dreams package is now available to book, with prices starting from SGD 1,380 per room.
