Dubbed “An Ode to Spain: A Portrait of Spanish Life and Flavour”, the highlight is a six-hands dinner at the hotel’s Oku restaurant on 12 June 2026, which will see Michelin two-star chefs Javier Olleros (Culler de Pau, Galicia) and Benito Gómez (Bardal, Ronda) joining forces with Oku’s chef de cuisine Andy Huynh for an eight-course tasting menu traversing the flavours of Galicia, Andalusia, and beyond.

Artisan Stories at  InterContinental Danang

From 6 to 11 June 2026, InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort will present Artisan Stories, a six-day festival themed Art Meets Gastronomy. Set within the Bill Bensley-designed retreat, the programme brings together acclaimed chefs, guest mixologists, immersive dining experiences and live entertainment.

A highlight of the festival is Bensley + Le Squer: The Art of Joie de Vivre, a two-night residency at the one-Michelin-starred La Maison 1888 on 10 and 11 June. The experience pairs the expressive artwork of Bill Bensley with the cuisine of three-Michelin-starred Chef Christian Le Squer in a collaboration that celebrates craftsmanship, creativity and a sense of occasion.

Over at Tingara, the resort’s modern Japanese restaurant, Culinary Constellations: Six Hands Dinner series brings together Chef Loïc Portalier of Louise in Hong Kong, Chef Cuong Nguyen of An’s Saigon and Chef Hoang Tung of T.U.N.G Dining alongside the restaurant’s culinary team. At L_o_n_g Bar, guest mixologist Ohm Supapat of Bangkok’s F*nkytown will showcase cocktails inspired by Vietnamese herbs and botanicals. The festival concludes on 11 June with an intimate dining experience led by Tingara’s Chef Junichi Yoshida, joined by Chef Hoang Tung for an evening celebrating seasonality, precision and contemporary Japanese cuisine.
