Mayer’s newly launched appliance touts itself as a cake maker, but its seven auto programmes also churn out fresh breads, brownies, loaves and jams. From start to finish, all mixing and baking are carried out in the kneading pan within the device, bringing true meaning to the term ‘one-dish recipe’. The sleek, compact apparatus is available in Pure White and Healthy Green colours and comes with two tins for small (450g) and large (680g) cakes.
