Decadent offerings await at the hotel’s Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Semi-Buffet Dinner ($128/person). The hotel’s modern Asian brasserie, One-Ninety also hosts a one-month long Festive Semi-Buffet Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Brunch until 30 December (from $48/person). Share the love of good food with The Glass House Restaurant’s Christmas Goodies-To-Go. Available from 9 November to 25 December, give the Peranakan “Mee Siam” Roast Turkey ($148) or Black Truffle Turkey Wellington ($158) a try for your celebration at home.

At Publico, expect seasonal Italian favourites such as Pasta Bon-Bon, caramelle-shaped pasta filled with turkey ragu, milanese gremolata, chicken consommé, shaved parmesan; and Pizza di Natale, a white pizza base topped with pancetta, ricotta, spinach, roasted red grapes and almond. Lawry’s The Prime Rib

Celebrating its 8th anniversary in Singapore, PAUL brings together the best of French and Asian flavours in its selection of festive platters for home and office gatherings. TWG Tea’s Festive Set Menu ($50/person) this December begins with a mocktail of Grand Christmas Tea, pineapple and strawberry juice, soursop purée and Chantilly cream. Follow that up with a tantalising tenderloin with winter truffle beef sauce, foie gras crisps, heirloom beetroot, mustard seeds pickled with Noel! Noel! Tea, and parsnip and chestnut purée. Pair the main course with a cup of Grand Christmas Tea to enhance the rich flavours of the dish.
