From Cacao Amaro (Rp220,000) to Umadori (Rp180,000), give the signature cocktails a try together with small bites such as Mushroom Arancini (Rp110,000) and Edamame Hummus (Rp110,000). Ladies receive complimentary free flow sparkling wines. Advance reservation is required and minimum spend is applicable.

Breakfast at Alila

Last but not least, start the day with a hearty breakfast at CIRE restaurant. Available daily from 7am to 11am, the a la carte breakfast menu is made of sustainably sourced local produce. The dishes are seasoned with Himalayan pink salt to benefit your health with its rich minerals and detoxifying quality.

Start with nourishing Matcha Chia Seed Pudding (Rp70,000) before going for a heartier fare like Huevos Rancheros (Rp75,000) or Truffle Bun (Rp85,000).
