Celebrate Easter 2024 at Crafted by Peter Zwiener
The restaurant promises a range of excellent food and a whole lot of fun for the family.
Enjoy a joyous Easter celebration filled with great food alongside family-friendly activities and delightful surprises at Crafted by Peter Zwiener. Look forward to a sumptuous Brunch Set Menu for two at $62, comprising a starter, two main courses from a selection of five, and dessert. This is available from 25 to 31 March 2024, from 11am – 4pm.
Lamb is typically a highlight on the Easter table. At Crafted, you can order the slow-cooked lamb shank (+$10) whose rich flavours marry well with creamy mash potatoes plus a refreshing watercress salad. This goes perfectly with the brown butter maple glazed carrots.
Other main course options include the Easter Burger – featuring a succulent 100% USDA Prime Black Angus beef patty, layered with lingonberry-glazed ham, crisp romaine, and Cheddar cheese, and accompanied by crisp fries.
A brunch favourite is the smoked salmon eggs benedict. The chef uses Atlantic smoked salmon to pair with poached eggs, velvety Hollandaise sauce and toasted English muffins. This is served with a side of mesclun salad, drizzled with champagne vinaigrette.
Non meat eaters can go for the cod fish croquette. The deep-fried French silver cod is paired with creamy spinach, and accompanied by chat potato wedges and ranch mayo. Or try the spinach lasagna – layered with spinach, Italian tomato sauce, creamy béchamel, along with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Finally finish off with a dessert of blackberry bread and butter pudding with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. You can complete your Easter feast with one of the specialty milkshakes like the Million Dollar Smile, a concoction of caramel and Biscoff, or An Apple a Day, a blend of homemade apple butter and plump raisins.
From 29 to 31 March, families can anticipate an array of activities tailored for everyone’s enjoyment. Get ready for an Easter Egg Hunt with a twist at Crafted by Peter Zwiener. Children under 10 will be captivated by a huge inflatable bouncing castle. Also, hidden under selected plates – when you order the brunch set – are exclusive Easter tickets. Each revealing delightful surprises, from a $50 gift voucher to a complimentary Crafted’s Classic Burger.
