Two talented Korean chefs will take over KO Restaurant at InterContinental Bali Resort for a special two-night collaboration dinner.

Renowned as one of the island’s premier cross-cultural dining destinations, KO Restaurant elevates its culinary game by welcoming two of Korea’s most celebrated chefs into its kitchen. Set within the luxurious InterContinental Bali Resort, KO Restaurant is preparing to host ‘Spice Up Your Seoul’ KO’s Chef’s Table event on 18 and 19 October, featuring chefs Ji Seung-Geun and Maeng Min-Ho, who will present a unique fusion of Korean and Japanese delicacies.

This exclusive two-night culinary affair invites aficionados of Japanese and Korean cuisine to savour a distinctive fusion of both cultures in the intimate, serene ambience of the Japanese restaurant. It is a rare opportunity to experience the restaurant’s elevated offerings as it seamlessly integrates Korean flair into its repertoire.

Acclaimed Korean chefs will take the helm, guiding diners through an exquisite progression of culinary masterpieces. Chef Ji Seung-Geun, celebrated for his role as chef de partie at Asia Live Restaurant, InterContinental Seoul COEX, and chef Maeng Min-Ho, renowned for his position also as chef de partie at Grand Kitchen Restaurant and as the 2022 Chef Festa (Korean Cuisine) winner from Grand InterContinental Seoul, bring their wealth of culinary expertise to KO’s Chef’s Table. Together, they promise an exceptional dining experience.

During the dinner, both chefs will personally guide diners through their seven-course culinary creations, from the welcome drinks to the final bite. The KO’s Chef’s Table special dinner at KO Restaurant, InterContinental Bali Resort, is now available for reservations, with limited seats to ensure an intimate and bespoke dining experience for each guest. The seven-course tasting menu dinner is priced from Rp1,495,000/person and will be held from 6.30pm to 10.30 pm.
