June’s Facets of Joy menu bursts with sweetness and freshness from the white asparagus, diver scallops, and summer berries while the Tale of Water tasting menu in July features sustainable seafood produce in dishes such as Sturia “Vintage” Caviar, Oyster-Parsley Cream, and Boston Lobster & Dover Sole.

Welcoming the autumn in August, Fire of Passion will introduce Smoked Foie Gras, Pan-Seared Trout, Pira-Grilled Prime Sirloin, and Coconut & Pineapple Carpaccio.
