Don’t miss Bvlgari Resort Bali’s first Symposia Mixology Event with Kiki Moka

After the The Homecoming Series’ restaurant takeover success, Bvlgari Resort Bali just announced another exciting event this month. Attended by thirty lucky guests, The Homecoming Series was held on 7 January at Il Ristorante. The four-course dinner was prepared by chef Diego Martinelli of CIBO! Bali who used to work at the resort.

An aperitivo at The Bvlgari Bar started the special evening in a high note. The romantic Il Ristorante buoyed the guests with its intimate seating, impeccable service and delectable dishes. The Warm Parmigiano Cheese & Truffle Custard with Muscovy Duck Ragu made for a tantalising amuse bouche, whetting the appetite of what’s to come. From Hand Cut Tajarin Pasta made of Alaskan king crab legs, bisque, tarragon, salmon caviar and slices of black truffle to the Araguani Chocolate & Truffle Ganache, the restaurant takeover showcased Il Ristorante’s flair and distinctive modern take on Italian cuisine.

The same delight can be experienced this coming weekend. For two days only (Friday and Saturday, 21 and 22 January 2022), the stunning oceanfront The Bvlgari Bar will hosts Kiki Moka from The Union Group doing what he does best. Under the stewardship of Kiki Moka, Union Brasserie, Bakery and Bar made it to Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2021 and became the only Indonesia’s entry into the prestigious list.
