Consequently there is a noticeable slant towards using local iconic ingredients – Thep has been using everyday classic “street drinks” such as Nước Sâm (home-brewed herbal tea) or Nước Mía (sugar cane juice with a touch of lime) and successfully transforming them into modern, classic cocktails.
