Dig into a creamy feast with the return of Goodwood Park Hotel’s yearly Durian Fiesta, from now till 17 July. Three fresh creations have been added this year: the Durian Cappuccino Cake ($9/slice, $52/whole cake), D24 pulp and rich mousse covered in vanilla sponge crumbs; Mini Durian Ice Cream Cake ($12.80/piece), D24 ice cream encased in a white chocolate dome; and the mouthwatering ‘Mao Shan’ Power Puff, a giant profiterole stuffed with the luscious and highly sought after Mao Shan Wang flesh ($12.80/piece, only available in June).

Cool off by the poolside while indulging in pastry chef David Lim’s pastiche of durian desserts at Ah Hoi’s Kitchen, such as the Chilled Durian Pudding ($8), Durian Crème Brûlée ($8) and Durian Crumble Tart ($8). If you’d rather stay indoors, Cafebiz also serves up a Buffet Dinner ($58/adult; $29/child) from Thursday to Sunday with international and local offerings, topped with an unlimited durian feast where chefs at the alfresco station will be opening and serving red meat D18 durians on-site. Only available in June.

The Durian Dessert A La Carte High Tea Buffet ($29/adult; $15/child) returns to Café Mosaic. Tuck into the East-meets-West dessert selection that includes French-inspired Durian Crème Brulee Tarts, Durian Macarons and Durian Mille-feuille. For local renditions of durian sweets, try the crowd-pleasing Durian Pengat and Deep-Fried Durian Sesame Balls that boast a chewy texture and ooze durian filling with each bite. The Durian Dinner Buffet ($58/adult; $29/child), offers these decadent desserts on top of a delectable international buffet spread.
