As if becoming Seminyak’s vibrant Japanese neighbourhood eatery is not enough, the recently launched Sushi Session is set to raise the bar. Led by Rizal, whose stellar experience in Dubai and Miami informs his masterful touch, the omakase experience presents a delectable five-course tasting menu, featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients.
True to the omakase tradition, diners can expect a personalised culinary journey under chef Rizal’s expert guidance, showcasing elevated Japanese cuisine at its finest. Available weekly, the culinary line-ups at Sushi Session offers plenty enough reason to join the experience and savour the chef’s selection of fresh catch of the day.

The Sushi Session at SugarSand is available every Monday, 5pm – 7.30pm, for Rp1,600,000/two persons. A cocktail pairing package is available for Rp2,000,000/two persons with curated beverages by head bartender Dewa Ari to elevate the experience.
