epicure is looking for like-minded foodies to share photos of their favourite restaurant dishes in Singapore or any part of the world. Tell us why you like the dish that you have selected and we will post your entry and photo(s) online.

FAB FUZHOU DELIGHTS

An offshoot of the original JuChunYuan restaurant in China, JuChunYuan Singapore specialises in regional Chinese cuisine with an emphasis on authentic Fuzhou delicacies. Sixth generation master chef Li Yan helms the kitchen, and is well known for signature dishes such as Pa Shao Stewed Pork Belly, Braised Monkey Head Mushroom and Heng Hwa Beehoon.
