epicure is looking for like-minded foodies to share photos of their favourite restaurant dishes in Singapore or any part of the world. Tell us why you like the dish that you have selected and we will post your entry and photo(s) online.

SETTING A NEW BAR
Swiss chocolatier Pascal Beschle and pastry chef Sara Hochuli of Les Gourmandises De Miyuko have collaborated to produce the new Beschle Matcha Bar, a white chocolate treat crafted from cocoa butter, yogurt and green tea. At her tearoom-inspired patisserie in Zurich, Hochuli stays true to the Japanese reverence for nature with her fresh handmade creations, many of them vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free. Combine her expertise and Beschle's history of 115 years and the matcha bar is a product of the finest ingredients and strict manufacturing measures.

  • Entries have to be shot on-site at the eatery.
