CHOOSE YOUR FLAVOURS
Flavours At Zhongshan Park’s à la carte menu offers familiar local dishes with a twist such as the Deep-fried Otak Chips, Slow-braised Duck Leg Confit, and Balsamic Caramelised Lamb Rack with Dried Chilli ‘Kung Po Style’. Diners can customise the dishes according to their palates by choosing the ingredients and sauces, which include black bean and pepper sauce and chilli bean paste. There is even a signature condiment made from fermented black garlic by chef Melvin Lim. The restaurant’s weekend high tea buffet is noteworthy for the Ah Hood Burger Stall that reinvents burgers with Asian flavours. The burger buns come in a variety of flavours like spinach, charcoal or pumpkin, and are matched with fillings that include Salted Egg Yolk Crab Cake, Pan-seared Black Bean Beef Patties, and Braised Beef Cheek Rendang. Top it off with accompaniments such as Cotechino Sausage and Hae Bee Hiam. Don’t miss the restaurant’s trademark Beer Marinated Pork Belly and Roasted U.S. Angus Prime Rib at the chef’s carving station during their weekend buffet dinner as well.
