epicure is looking for like-minded foodies to share photos of their favourite restaurant dishes in Singapore or any part of the world. Tell us why you like the dish that you have selected and we will post your entry and photo(s) online.

It’s easy. Simply log on to www.epicureasia.com and register as an epicure member to upload your food picture(s).

Three of the best looking photos will be selected each month. The closing date for entries is March 15. This month’s winners will each receive a Chinois by Susur Lee dining vouchers worth $150 each!

Marrying fine Chinese dining with contemporary innovation, Chinois by Susur Lee is the internationally acclaimed chef’s first foray outside North America as well as a joint venture with the TungLok Group. The dark wood-clad establishment with stone accents and bold red sculptures provides an emblematic setting for indulging in an array of modern Chinese delights. Over 90 dishes from Braised Shredded Abalone stuffed in Crab Claw topped with Sea Urchin Sauce to Roast-marinated Baby Lamb Loin served with Sichuan Eggplant Stew and Hainanese Fragrant Rice are some of the signatures to be savoured here. Not forgetting the long bar which is where diners can kick back with inventive cocktails and nibble on tantalising oriental tapas such as Crispy Cheese Burger Spring Rolls and Five-spiced Duck Confit Glutinous Rice Rolls.
