Fancy a chilli crab feast?

Made from the freshest catch and well-loved for their distinct blend of fiery chillies, piquant ginger and tangy ketchup, Red House Seafood Restaurant’s signature chilli crabs have drawn a faithful clientele over the last 35 years. The seafood specialist has gone one step further, catering to a clientele who are fans of the iconic local dish but don’t fancy the hard-to-crack shells and gravy-stained shirts. Packing in the taste of nostalgia without the mess are the ingenious chilli crab paus on the dim sum menu—fluffy mantous stuffed with the crustacean’s shelled flesh in a spicy egg-layered gravy. And for those who prefer something milder on the palate, don’t miss the Sri Lankan miso crabs, cooked with mirin and simmered in sake to deliver just the right mix of sweet and salty notes.
