Vic gets a makeover

Carlton Hotel Singapore’s long-serving Café Vic has undergone a revamp, unveiling itself as Café Mosaic this month, with a larger seating capacity of up to 290 guests and a décor that oozes more warmth. For an eclectic meal, check out the Best of Both Worlds section in the new menu, where you pick a dish done with two different sauces or styles, like a Pasta in Carbonara and Tomato Basil Sauce ($18).
