Begin with the Crudi Di Mare, a sharing selection of fresh raw fish, seafood and 50g Oscietra Caviar; followed by the Granchio, a crab salad featuring prized Kegani or Horse Hair crab, complemented with fresh avocado, flavourful tomato gelatine and refreshing cucumber sorbet.
