You will need:
30ml pear and vanilla herbal tea
10ml lemon juice
20ml Monin lemon syrup
1 dash orange blossom extract
1 drop blue food colouring
1 bottle cold Perrier
1 glass shooter (60ml Tubo)
1 wine glass (350ml Ballon)
edible gold flakes (if desired)
- Pour the drop of blue food colouring inside the Tubo glass, followed by the lemon juice, orange blossom extract, pear and vanilla tea and finally the lemon syrup.
- Invert the wine glass and place over the Tubo glass.
- With your two hands securing each glass, invert again so that the Tubo glass is upside down inside the wine glass (see attached).
- Pour cold Perrier inside the wine glass and serve.
- To drink, guests will have to lift up the Tubo glass until it 'pops' or mixes the cocktail.
- Sprinkle edible gold flakes on top and enjoy.
