A gastronomic high
With top toques from Europe and an imaginative mixologist, this year’s Chefs with Attitude promises to be an extravagant affair.
Two guest chefs will be dishing up a great dining experience when Chefs with Altitude returns to Swissôtel The Stamford, Singapore. The gastronomic event will run from 11 to 17 November. One of the guest chef, Xavier Beaudiment, is chef-owner of one Michelin-starred Le Pré restaurant in Durtol, France, is a rising star in France’s culinary scene, having worked under the guidance of maestros like Antoine Westerman and Alain Dutournier. The chef is known for sourcing the best produce to create his modern and playful style of French food. He will present dishes like Organic Egg, Smoked Potato and Black Truffle, and Bresse Pigeon, Carrot and Galanga at JAAN (three-course set lunch at $78, five-course set lunch at $128/ seven-course degustation set dinner at $288; $388 with wine pairings).
