He collaborates with the Ebb & Flow Group to create this new concept – which is to deliver freshly-baked pizza bases that customers can reheat for just five minutes in the oven to achieve crisp yet airy perfection. Casa Vostra’s 12-inch pizzas are made fresh daily using select Italian white and brown flours; the dough is fermented for 48 hours, then baked in the central kitchen in a wood-fired oven at 500℃ before they are sent out to homes.
The brand’s thoughtfully curated toppings span selections such as Prosciutto E Rucola with a San Marzano DOP and fior di latte base, topped with fresh rocket, velvety San Daniele ham, and savoury shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP; and Mortadella, showcasing a generous spread of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP with silky Italian mortadella, crunchy pistachios, lemon zest and fresh basil.
