Indulge in their massive Fortune 3-D Meringue ‘Yu Sheng’ ( ($888 for 30 persons and more) with New Bedford Scallop, Salmon, Crispy White Bait and Fish Skin, which is artfully arranged in the shape of a dog, as well as the characters Gong Xi Fa Cai. Chef Ku has also hidden some lucky numbers inside his colourful design.
Tuck into the crispy Roast Whole Suckling Pig with Shanghainese Sticky Rice, Fritters and Chicken Floss ($338), the scrumptious Roast London Duck ($80) and the refreshing Japanese Egg Plant with New Bedford Scallop ($48).
For a more decadent spread, go for their seven-course Harvest Menu ($188/person), which includes the delicate Steamed Half Lobster in Egg White and Chinese Wine Broth, which delights the palate with the aromatic shallots and sprinkles of chicken oil.
